Return & Refund Policy

Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on Bondly Bracelet, you agree to the terms outlined below.


Returns

Return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing a reason.

If 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Return conditions

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Items must not show signs of wear, damage, or use

For hygiene-sensitive products, returns are only accepted if the product is unused and the hygiene seal remains intact.


Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned if the seal has been broken, including but not limited to:

  • Intimate or hygiene-sensitive products

  • Personal care items


How to initiate a return

To request a return, please contact us at support@bondlybracelet.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Returned items must be shipped to our fulfillment center in China.
Return shipping costs typically start from €20 and are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method used during checkout.


Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund after 14 days:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your payment provider

  3. Contact us at support@bondlybracelet.com


Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.

  • We will send a replacement free of charge

  • If a replacement is incorrect or defective a second time, you will receive a full refund


Order cancellation

Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard return process applies.
